A few weeks ago, We went to "Brind Restaurant"
Brind Restaurant means, We eat Shojin Food with eye mask
in the dark restaurant.
The purpuse is Feel the real taste of foods.
We always use eye rather than other four sences.
We met a nice man who came from U.K.
Name is "Tomas Olsen".
He is nicer man I've ever met.
I gave my e-mail add and Tel to him.
A few days later, He send a e-mail.
And, He asked me that take a dinner with me.
Day before yesterdy, We met him at Tsukisima.
Tsukisima is famous for MONJYAYAKI.
He told me his favorite Japanese food is "TORO" & "KOBE BEEF" before.
I thought maybe this is first experience for him to eat MONJYA.
We had a pleasant time, ofcourse Food, convasation.
He is going back to Japan next March.
We are going to meet again.
